What do you mean by ‘Empowerment’?

Empowerment is a policy of providing delegation of power or authority or special opportunities to a particular race, caste or social group.


Then what is "Women Empowerment"?

Women Empowerment itself elaborates that Social Rights, Political Rights, Economic stability, judicial strength and all other rights should be also equal to women. There should be no discrimination between men and woman. Women should now there fundamental and social rights which they get once they born.

In our present day modern lives, women are still deprived of many things in the SOCIETY.
They are still seen as inferior beings to men.

> Changes in Women's control over decision-making.

This movie is on a pregnant women who is on a good post in architecture company, but due to her pregnancy they want her to be removed from her post so the office can work fluently.



But rounding off again, its all about Knowledge and Self Respect.
So, again to improve the status of women, Educating them is Important.
